Default Saw an EG dream car today....

So i was walking out of the bank today in Sherman Oaks California. I stop for a second to let a car pass me.... out of the corner of my eye passes an old lady, probably 60 or 70 driving in the most prestine EG i have ever seen. It was white, perfect lines, no dents, dings, anyhting. The paint was brand spanking new. I swear it is exactly what the car must have looked like when it left the dealership 12 years ago. I followed the lady to her car as she parked. I think i kinda scared her because i was waiting for her at her door. .... I'll make a long story short. The car was a 94 si eg hatch, 5 speed. INterior and exterior was a perfect 10. and heres the kicker, it had 24,000 original miles. I asked her if i could buy it from her, but no dice.

Anyways, I thought it was amazing.

Same thing happened to me. I was passing by a bakery on my way home from work and noticed a clean, blemish-free teal green hatch. I drove by to take a look because it was just so sexy, and wouldn't you know it, an old lady comes out carrying two loaves of bread...

I dunno, I've seen some crazy old drivers... where you have your typical Caddy/Lincoln big-body slow *** drivers, you also have the elders who buy a Celica or a Mustang and mash out in it like a teenage girl. I've been ran off the road by one before, it slightly embarassing... especially when it's a convertible and old dude's wig is at half mast...

haha, very true. This lady told me that she bought the car for her son as a wedding present then he ended up not using it and gave it back to her. She's kept it in her garage ever since, and only takes it to get grocheries once a week down the street.... for 12 years.... how much do you think her car would have been worth? 24k original miles, stock 94 eg si. i was ready to offer her 4k cash on the spot.
