aftermarket exhaust

an aftermarket exhaust like the buddy club prospec will bolt directly to the stock cat right? i just need to make sure, i dont want to buy a new cat and header so exhaust needs to fit with stock equipment. thanks.

i think all aftermarket exhausts bolt up to the stock cat if the exhaust is made for that specific car.
