i bought a head which is pr3-4 it came with ferrea flat top valves/ferrea valve guides & seats/portflow valve springs and retainers it has no cams right now. i bought a gsr block with micropolished crank and its honed with b16 pistons it says pr3 on it. Does anyone know what compression they will give me in a gsr block or should i get some 12:1 pistons and throw it on. What cams would run good on it too?

 

for decent cheap cams, go with civic type r cams. those are supposed to be the best cams honda makes.

You'll need to compensate fore the extra volume occupied by the flat valves.
