Timing Belt Pulley???
My timing belt pulley is stuck on too the crankshaft??? I think that it is rusted on??? I have tried to soke it with WD-40, nothing...Then i tried some more powerful to remove the rust, but nothing...still stuck on??? I have ask honda how to take off this pulley and they say its suppose to come right off...Please can anyone help me???
The only thing I know to tell you is to make sure you are pulling straight back, not at an angle. Since it has a key, it wont really pull off at an angle. Try something strong like P.B. Blaster(pep boys ****), but I would not beat on it or be too rough because you dont want to chip or crack it.
P.S. You DID break and remove the crank pulley bolt right?? And remove the P.S. and A.C. belts?

I have removed everything. The crank pulley's that run the p.s and the A/C...Just the pulley that runs the timing belt won't come off???
