Recommend a tranny cooler???
I have the car in my sig I am replacing my second transmission. I don't want to burn up another one so i'm going to take much better care of this one. anyways, can you recommend a transmission cooler for my car's slushbox? Thanks.
i got one for my auto last week, it keeps the shifting smooth... i got mine for like 80 something at advance auto parts in houston. Took me like 3 hours to do, it could had been easyer if i had the right tools the first time i did it tho.
Location, is the main thing I have a 98 with a 02 front bumper, So what I did is run the piping trew the side bottom of the frame and put the cooler where the stock intake box was at. Trew on of the holes on the bumper you can see the cooler, I did it like this so it would stay cooler then anything else when I need to drive hard. Good thing it doesnt shift hard like it used to but, i still get the tcu issues when i try to go a tad bet faster and it downshifts and you let go of the gas problem.
