Default Need to find a car to Try my '92-93 ECU???

Got two extra ECUs from ebay, but still giving solid engine light and won't start. The seller from ebay says that its my car keep shorting the ECUs. I wonder if this is a common excuse for anyone selling a bad ECU. I doubt if anyone would let me test my ECu in their car. I wonder what kind of trouble I would be asking if I took the car from a dealers place and test the damn thing on the road somewhere.

Any chance it is your Main Fuel Relay MFR?

That's what I thought the problem was originally. So I got new one from a dealer and still wouldn't start. The car died on the road and when I turn the ignition there is lot of fuel coming from the filter. I did try something else though> Changed the timming belt position on crankshaft pulley to 16degrees and it started up, but ran rough and died when I pressed the gas pedal. The belt was old I figured it might skipping so I replaced it with gatorback belt. I set the timming back to TDC mark on crank and cams with two pins inserted. All the marks lign-up after several rotation and played with distributor, but will only start if set the cranks timming belt position to 16 degrees.

oh! With main relay I did have problem with it a week before this happend. I soldered the points and started every time and when the car died on the road I definitely thought it was the main relay. So I Spread th relay out from its cover and started to slap this thing around to get the car started 'come.... on'. maybe I shouldn't have done that it might have shorted something else.
