si tranny to non-si engine
I don't think it will work. According to helms there are two types: S40 and S4C. The S40 is the most common transmission for the d-series. In fact, only the 2 door coupes have the S4C tranny.
When you look at the diagrams for removal of the transmission, the D16Y5 and D16y8 motors have a different bottom mount than the D16y7. Whereas the Y7 engine has one large bracket as the engine stiffiner, the Y8 and Y5 have two smaller brackets.
Anyway, I'm talking in theory, and aside from what I mentioned above, there is still a possibility it will work, I just have no firsthand experience.

S4C is the code for the 99-00 Si B16A tranny, isn't it?
