Have 96 prelude h22, considering going turbo however I know nothing about them.. I want the turbo to match my motor and i dont want a lot of lag. Thinking about a full race turbo kit.

what will I need for a quality turbo set up?

Sleeved block
low comp. pistons
all forged internals
balance bottom end
clean up head a bit (is this nessesary or should i have more work done on it)
3 angle valve job
oversized valves? what should i replace the stock with or run new oem
turbo cams? if so which company should i go with? or run stock
fuel management - EMS?
injectors? what size
turbo kit? full race?

can i still use my VAFC with EMS or does that cancel it out?
what other parts might I need?

One more thing once i finish building the motor and hae it tuned immfiguring ill have a traction prob so what should i do about a LSD where and how much?

forgot to mention I plan to be revving the motor to 8500 rpm so the turbo im looking for would make power between 4000-8500 any idea which one will do that for me?
