Default SOHC motor tear down, need advice, suggestions before I do it!

Yes, I have decided to replace my rings due to them being blown...

Motor 1.5L SOHC D15B7 Non vtec

Going to rip my motor apart this weekend,
Just need your helpful thoughts and advice in case I foregot something...

I bought new rings, rod bearings, motor oil, coolant, Head gasket (D16y8 metal/thin)

I am going to replace them while the motor is still in the car,
I am going to- Take off head
take off oil pan
windage tray
2 rod bolts
push piston out though Top of block
Now, when ALL pistons are out of the block I am going to HONE the Cylinders, make some nice cross hatches.
Hone W/ Brake parts cleaner, and clean the hell out the cylinder making sure no metal shavings are left in.
Now I put rings on pistons w/ring compressor tool ( suppos ill have to borrow one from autozone.
replace bearings, put engine assembly lube on them.
And install reverse of removal.

any thing I left out?
I was also told to do the "break in" part of the motor after I get here running, I guess thats like a cluch break in? Dont shift past what 5k? for 500 miles?

Anything else I should be aware of?

Tank YOU!

honda dealer its like $10-15 for a tube of it
just go to an auto part store, get some ATV gasket for $3

i would also recommend buying a ring filer to file down the rings to the correct size

all the required tools and torque specs are listed in the repair manual. When you hone the cylinders make sure you clean the cylinders and crank very thoroughly. All the small metal particles from honing can stick to the crank and cause major problems to your new bearings.
