Default I need help

ok i have a 96 civic wit a b18b1 in it. the car was running way to rich with the b&m fuel pressure regulator, so i got the gauge, with the car off it was at 60psi. Now my question will that make the car idle irratic, and if not what will, also whats the pressure supposed to be at.

i think the pressure is supposed to be like 45, or something close to that.

take off vacumm line to the regulator and set it to 43 psi and you should be set.
