Default difference in type r chassis vs regular integras

is there a difference in the type r chassis compared to the regular integras? like did they reinforce anything other than that rear subframe?

It's in ALL of the ITR brochures that I've seen.

Here's a couple quick pics before I head out the door.

It's a 98 Spec JDM ITR brochure:

The diagram is visible here:

IIRC I also have seen this diagram in my 1997, 1998, and 2000 US brochures. It's also in the 96 Spec JDM ITR brochure.

I would have to say they don't. My friend bought a Type R shell, and had LS/GSR rear black interior pieces, and they wouldn't fit with that, so we removed it. My guess is thats a Type R exclusive, but for some reason it wasn't mentioned in that diagram.
