Default $$$ How much do you think it will cost for me to have these CNC'd

I bought a set of TE37x's for my Tacoma but they are the wrong off set(Nissan offset). I knew this when I bought them.

So I checked ebay and they have the adapters I need but I figured I would have some custom bling* ones made that will fill in the center hole. The adapter they sell are also lug centric and I would prefer to have lug and hub centric.

Here are some solidworks sketches I just finished.

The part is approximately 7.5" in diameter and 2" tall. Made out of 6061t6 or 7075t6
Front/Outer

Back/Inner.

Thanks I have seen that place and their prices are rediculous. It would probably cost me $2000 to have them made there.

I seriously doubt anywhere will make them cheaper than your finding them on ebay!

Yeah I know that. They are only about 50 a set.
But I would rather run extended studs and have a wheel spacer that is hubcentric +lug centric than have to use 12 lugnuts per a rim and only have them lug centric.

id get them on ebay, but i think for 4 youll be looking at about 200$ out of say 304 stainless.

you need some steel wheels that cost about 200 for all 4 wheels for the tacoma. you have a 2wd im guessing?

hit up your local machinists. i had a set of adapters spun down for $125 out of 6061. just took them the cad drawing and gave them about two weeks.

I don't see why you have to get it done on a CNC machine unless you like paying extra$ Any machine shop with a lath can do that...

I've forwarded the request to Function-7 to see if they'd like to make them for you.

Sure, give us a shout.

We can always test fit it on our Tacoma too... oh crap the front probably wont fit (4WD hub).

I need to change one of the measurements and double check a few others.

Originally I had the adapters set to give me -10 offset but I think what would be ideal would be to make them with 0 offset.

If you can post a pic of a front 4x4 hub I can tell you what is different and if they can be made to work.

Here is a pic of one of the wheels. If anyone is curious. I bought them for about the same price one could get rotas for.

The 4WD hub needs a through hole so the adaptor with the "center cap" won't fit.

You can find these for dirt cheap on ebay. Well dirt cheap for Volks any ways. Mine were around $500 shipped included lugnuts, honking center caps and rays valve stems/caps.

The catch is that you will have to use a 1 1/2" spacer to make the rim 0 offset.

Or you could cough up the 350+, +shipping per a rim and just buy te37x's

I checked when I made my previous post and there was not any. I looked at about 5 different sets on ebay that came and went so they are not uncommon.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by cjames235 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">what did you search for to find them? what is the bolt pattern? 6x5.5 maybe?</TD></TR></TABLE>

They are for the Xterra or Frontier

"nismo wheel -steering"
"nismo wheels -steering"
"nismo rim"
"nismo rims"

The bolt pattern is correct the offset is too much and the bore center is smaller by about 1/4"
