Third brake light is out, how to replace bulb?

I need to know how to change the bulb. I have a 1999 civic hatch. I see the holes on the sides of the lense but are there clips or screws? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Remove the wing from your car. You should be able to get to the bulb on the underside.

Alright, got the two bolt dealies on the underside of the hatch on both sides off. Got the little clip thing in the middle under that black plug taken care of but it still won't come off. Do I need to deal with the two screws next to the lens? And are they long ones? Help!
