Default need help: many problems on my Si

ok so i got a free car fro my older brother...its an 89 civic si...has bondo and primer on the sides from him shaving the side moldings and a primered hood and blah blah blah....so...heres my first problem...the car doesnt run...the car will turn over and spin but never start...so i checked the fuel line for fuel...nothing was gettin to the fuel rail and the fuel pump wasnt priming....i checked as many ground as i could...nothing was loose...i was thinkin main relay but i dunno....another thing is that my brother put arospeed coilovers on the car....slammed it...but when he slammed it the car leans to the right...meanin it sits lower on the right then the left....i checked the coilovers and theyre all matched up with each other drop wise...same amount of inches...but i dunno wat could be wrong...please help me im gettin fed up with this car

if youve checked all the wires and relay then it is probably the pump pull it out and borrow another one and test them out and see if that works

Sometimes if you work the key off and on to accessory position the fuel pump will kick on..I have/had several Civics and they all have hade the same problem with the fuel pump not priming from time to time.
Also, can you hear the relay click when you switch the key on? If you suspect the relay, there is a simple test you can find to verify if your main relay is junk or not in the Haynes manual or, on the net using a voltmeter.

yeah, probably the relay.

about the coilovers, springs, especially cheap ones, settle differently. so even though it says the same drop doesn't mean it is. technically you need to corner balance it, but if you don't have the right scales, good luck.

there are tricks, though. look them up through search.

It could have a blown strut, cheap coilovers are notoriuos for blowing struts especially if they are OEM. That can cause your leaning problem

As far as the running problem it's pretty hard to figure out online but just follow all the basics, air, fuel and spark and it will run so it has to be something stupid you over looked or something. Just remember you got your car for "FREE" so it can't be all that bad because once it's running I bet you will forget all about your problems going on right now. Good luck.
