Default Blaupunkt Products...any thoughts????

I was wondering what you guys think of this company, is their stuff good, or shitty? Particullarly the overdrive speaker series. I can get really good deals on this stuff and I just want to know if it's worth it. Thanks for the help.

I would like to focus on the speakers they offer from now on please!

Used to be good stuff back in the day... Have no idea about it these days... Definitely don't see many Blaupunkt decks around... :shrugs:

I agree it was not so bad in it's day but has gone down hill over the last 10 years or so, but if your just talking speakers at a real good price I would go for it, if you are getting them from an authorized dealer that will give you warranty better yet. 94

Why not take a look at the new Alpine's? I have one and many people swear by their quality (moreso the 2004 line than 2005 but whatever). Here is the Alpine 9851, a fully-featured MP3 player with all kinds of user-options.

They're popular (sort of) in the Europian nations. They have nice stuff. But it's the looks that kill. Go with Alpine. They are making everything compatible with thier decks now.

the common industry term among most stereo shops is blaujunk. Please do not buy their products you will not be happy, and thank you for having the common sense to ask before you purchased these and then came on here crying a river cause they sucked.
