Default d16z6 wire diagram

hey guys i am switching all my stuff over to a new chassis... the motor that im swapping over from my old shell is a d16z6 and i used a rywire harness to hook it all up... great product btw ... anyways the wire harness that plugs into the ecu is kind of a mess due to the fact that the previous owner did his own obdI mpfi conversion on it... my question is if anyone has a wire diagram i need to rewire everything or if anyone has an easy solution... is it possible to just swap the part of the harness that connects the ecu to the engine harness? thanks guys

If you remove the dash's, you can switch over all your wiring into the new shell. Time consuming, but you know it will work when you are done.

the wires right before the ecu plugs are all cut up and soldered to other wires... i was kind of thinking about it but would it be ok if i just cut the plugs off of my old chassis with about 6 inches of wiring off and then color matched, soldered, and heat wrapped it to my new chassis would it work? if so that would be sooo much easier

It is time consuming cutting and soldering all those wires, even if it is straight to straight. It drove me slightly closer to insanity when I swapped to OBD-1. If you look up my thread on it it, it has all the pin / colors / wire names in it.

thanks a lot for all the help guys... i dont think that it would take nearly as long as it would to tear the whole dash apartin each car, label all the plugs in each car, and then swap the harnesses and put both of them back together... i would have to take at least a whole day or two off of work to do that when i can swap plugs in about an hour and a half or so... thanks again and if you have any other advise i would appreciate it
