Cooling System Help!!
So are you saying that the blower motor is not working and your temp guage doesn't move at all? Does the engine get hot? Does it overheat? Do the Upper and lower radiator hoses both get hot?
Has this car gone for a long time without some attention? It sounds like you have several issues.
Taking it in the direction that amckee has started, it's possible the car is in dyer need of a thermostat, there's insufficient coolant in the system or insufficient coolant flow to the heater core.
On the Heater Blower Motor issue:
After you've checked ALL the fuses and are assured they're all good, I would offer the time honored "Crow Magnon Approach" to blower motor diagnosis. IE:
Turn on the ignition key, turn on the blower fan and:
Locate the blower motor up behind your glove box and give it a whack (Upside the head) with a metric hammer.
WTF, you ask?
You actually run into situations where things on Honda's don't break, but rather wear out over the course of the cars life.
Case in point; your blower motor. The brushes may have worn out.
Sometimes a whack will reestablish (momentarily) the brush connection, and the blower will start working again. If it responds, get a new blower motor. If it doesn't, suspect the switch

sounds like thermostat to me. let your car run for a bit and check the upper and lower radiator hoses, if both dont get hot then your thermostat might be messed up.
