Can I fit 225/45/16's?
My car is a 94 EX the wheels are Slipstreams 35mm offset, Just wondering if I can fit that much rubber with that offset without looking too bulky. drop is 1.5 if that helps. pics would be appreciated if possible.
That's too tall.

Plug in your stock size figures and this should help you. A 225/40 or a 215/40 (smaller rotational mass = cheap FD) works.
Keep in mind, though, with a 35mm offset, this is going to push out quite a bit and you will need a way to adjust camber and a good susension setup (i.e. height adj).

Well, then you probably should have opted for a 40mm + offset. We run a 35mm on our ECHC car with 225/45 Hoosiers. No matter what tire you run, the rims ARE going to stick out more than a 40-43mm, but I dont think its going to look bad. Is there a reason you need to run such a wide tire?

I will be tuning my car for 505whp so I need a quality tire and a large contact patch.
