I concur.
Here's one of the 100 things to check:
wheel bearings.
-Jack up the front of the car.
-steer each tire with your hands, side to side (one hand on 3'oclock and other on 9)
-it's supposed to feel solid. If you feel loose pivoting while lightly steering the tire from side to side... your wheel bearing is shot.
Make sure you check both front tires.
Wheel bearings are important to replace. I've known people who didn't bother changing it when it was broken. Their wheel fell off during a turn.
Another one of 100 things to check:
Upper ball joint.
-while the front of your car is still jacked up, grab a hold of your fork/knuckle and try shaking it.
-again, it is supposed to feel solid. if it feels loose, replace it. (I believe to replace the upper ball joint, you need a special tool... if it's too much of a hassle just replace the whole upper control arm.)
These are just a couple of things you can check really quickly... but like the other guy said, it can be 100 things.
Hope this helps.

bad REB symptoms: clunky suspension, noise when turning in parking lot, vibration during braking, uncontrollable feeling going over bumps at high speed.
but thats the same thing for balljoints.
you have to just check for yourself. it could be one thing or multiple things that need replacing. youre not going to find out by asking a forum.

Unfortunately he is right on the money, you really need an experienced honda tech to check it out, I'll bet it's something simple cause it usually is. afterall it is a Honda so it can't be to complicated.
