Default foam air fliter vs. paper air filtervs. aem dryflow

Ive heard that foam filters flow the best, but do not filter as well. Apexi i have heard was the freest flowing paper filter. AEM recently came out with the Dryflow filter, i heard i flows alot better because their is no metal screening around it. Which would you guys go with ?

the apexi is proven to work, i say stick with it....

the gains are rediculously minimal, even on a huge hp supra or skyline the hp change was less than 1%....aka like 2hp at the most(for you)....

My choices:

1) Apexi

2) K&N

I am a fan of AEM products though... I guess just wait for the reviews and see how it compares to the other brands.
