Default Noobie questions, not exactly simple

Well i'm new to the honda scene personally, I have helpd put my friend's 96 hatchback b18c turbo together and what not. I'm currently finishing up a 1987 mazdra rx7 with a chevy 350 small block. Now i'm onto make a turbo'd crx.

I have a local guy selling one that needs a little body work, but is in good overal condition. My concern is the brake conversion he has done.

It has what looks like a 97-up 5 lug prelude rear brakes and wheels on it. and told me the 5 lug front stuff is from an integra.

As far as i know integras were all 4 minus the type R.

Is this guy an idiot and should i be warry of the car?

I would be somewhat hesitant to buy a car with a brake conversion that may be a sketchy at best. I would take a good, long, examining look at the car and whatever work was done on it.
