Default harness

i have a 89 crx si and i am planing to put a 99 itr engine in it and convert the engine to obd I. i have my stock harness from my crx but i only have the knock and vtec sensers is this all i need or do i need both harnesses.

get the harness for the engine if you can - you will need some connectors from it - use your SI harness and convert it

i thought you meant you had access to both - some connectors, like cooling fan switch, alternator, etc. are different than on your Si, but you can get them from any OBD1 harness - doesn't have to be itr

i would just go to a junkyard, find an obd1 harness, cut the connectors you need and pocket them
a lot cheaper than rywire
