Default clutch master/slave both replaced. clutch loosing pressure. What's wrong?!?!

i just replaced both the master and slave cylinder and bled the air out of the system, but my clutch still seemed to get stuck on the floor. After i bled it, it looked fine but then it started to stick after i pulled out of my driveway. i got my friend to hold the clutch pedal to the floor and i watched the slave cyclinder piston push out, but slowly seeped back into place (even w/ the clutch still pressed down) as if it's loosing pressure. Also, i noticed that if i slowly press down on the pedal, about half way it feels like the pedal is getting sucked down to the floor without me touching it. Anyone know what could be the problem?

Is the bleed valve tightend properly?

i finally figured out the problem. the clutch hose had a pin size hole in it and would spit out a stream of fluid everytime the clutch pedal was pressed down on. That was what caused the loss of hydrolic pressure. Going to Honda first thing tomorrow to order the part.
