Block is sitting at the machine shop- They arnt for sure if you can bore the cylinder walls due to the coating on them.

Honda has specs for a oversize bore, and even on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com they even sell a .025 over piston.

I need to rebuild back to stock, but I need to know If we can bore the cylinder with that coating and it still be a good engine?

One of you guys or your buddies might know or have done it, Could someone enlighten me?

If I bore this can I trust the engine and keep it for a long time and drive it like its meant to be driven?

My machine shop guy just mentioned that it might not work but he had no experience with it so he wasnt sure

 

what about sleeves?
