is your hatch the STD model (4 speed, etc.)? if so, you need 88-91 CRX/Civic DX or Si knuckles/hubs - you could use the DA also

You are going to need to tell us which hatch you have, that would really help. More than likely jlicrx is right, he is very informative, he has helped me many times.

if you have the da hubs laying around and dont need them for your integra, then yeah switching them would save you time and money. but remember if you upgrade to da brakes you need to run bigger rims than the stock 13"s because they wont clear da brakes.

do the axles splines look larger than the splines in the hubs liek the diameter could be the hub messd up or something because my friends were really hard to get in on one side

The splines on the hubs look way smaller than the ones on the axles.

Sounds like you've got an STD.

Swap out those Integra hubs!

My friend said if i swap all of the integra brakes over, i will have to change the brake booster or something. he said the civic brake booster wont have enough power to stop the integra brakes... is that true?

no, the civic booster will be just fine.

Put in a master cylinder from an EX and you'll be golden.
