I just installed some skunk2 coil-overs and KYB AGX shocks. I just wanted to know if my ride should be boucey because the springs are stiff or is just because they we just installed them( i.e. last saturday)?

Thats is the thing, When I bought the set-up it came pre-assemble. So, all I did was installed drop my car off the lift and left the shop, but if you can explain what you mean by preload I can take off the set-up re-assemble it

I've never installed them so I don't know how to preload. I thought that it was important to preload coilovers.
