Kinda of a two-part question. I put integra disks on my 93 hatch a few years ago, but never installed the new ebrake cables b/c they didn't come w/ the brakes.
I know I am supposed to get integra cables. I've read I can use 99-00 si cables... and also cables from an ex coupe... Can any of you guys confirm this?
Also, IhateJDM offered to sell me a set of cables he had laying around. He 'thinks' one of these cables is from a 92-95 ex coupe and the other is from an Integra (these cables exchanged hands a few times, so he's really not sure). Niether of us are really sure, they just look like any other cables to us. Can any of you guys tell what these are from? crappy pic below

You cant really tell off a picture like unless its somepaired to something. Whenever i have people send me pics of cables and **** i always ask to compare it to a household broom. It gives you a better idea exactly how long it is.
Also the EX cables have to be from 92-95 EX coupe with rear disc. 96-00 wont work.
Another thing, on the pics it doesnt show the ends. If his for sure that one is integra then they both should be the same size.

I wouldnt buy anything from anyone who "thought" something was something that needs to be specific.
The best cable that you should get, would be from the si hatch...since it had rear discs factory

I bought an entire rear disc conversion from a guy locally. He bought them to put on his car, but wrecked it before he had time to put them on. He bought the top cable for a 92-95 coupe, but he got the bottom cable with the discs, and didn't know what it was for. I have a del sol, so I had to buy 2 new cables to put the discs on (i know neither fit a sol), and now I'm left with those 2. If you look at the right end of the top one you can see where the cable comes through the center of the car for the handle, and if you look at the left side of the bottom one, that end is different. I can post up lengths if it'll help.

You might as-well. Any additional info or pics that'll help identify them will hopefully narrow it down.

Here's a brake expert...me.
On a 96-00 Civic, the 99-00 Si e-brake cables are idea. Those from a EX coupe (96-00) won't work cause ONLY the 99-00 Si came with rear discs (for the 96-00 Civics).
I have 94-01 Integra GSR e-brake cables on my 96 with rear disc swap. They were a tad long, but do fit, I just had to adjust the e-brake bolt.
For a 93 hatch, the cables that I guarantee will work are from a 92-95 Civic that had rear discs, like the 95 EX coupe with rear discs. 94-01 Integra cables will work, and the length on those will be the same. 99-00 Si cables on a 92-95 Civic may be a bit short, and a tight fit so....
bump for someone that put EK disc e-brake cables on a EG with rear discs.

New cables from Honda are only like $30 ea. I wouldn't trust someone that says they think they are integra...etc...cables.
I used a universal cable set for my rear disks since I have the Baer rear disks that use Corvette rear calipers.

I'm very sure one is a 92-95 civic coupe cable (the top one). I just can't identify the bottom one. When I bought my del sol cables, they were $45 each shipped from majestic honda.
