Default dx coupe question

Good news! i just did a carfax history report and found out the car had no accidents and only two owners...so maybe i might consider buying it....if anyone needs a carfax i will help you out thanks!

i'm debating on whether or not i should pick this coupe up for $2000..the problem is that they say its a dx, but it has a sunroof? i dont understand..i know the car is kind of messed up but with the money i save i can get a carbon fiber hood and trunk...the car runs fine. So did the dx model have a sunroof (optional??) or do these people just not know what kind of car it is??

possibly ex? reason for the ? is cuz i read somewhere the door handles and mirrors are the same color as the car on ex models. and i believe it was in 93, honda introduced the power sunroof to dx and ex models.

and is it just me, or is that a clock on the middle of the dash? maybe that can narrow the model down further

are you refering to it being power or manual

either way doesnt matter, the 92 to 95 when retracted went out side the car, the 96-00 went inside the car

rear bumper does look tweeked and the front bumper does look like it is hanging, check the rear brakes to see if it has drums or discs, if it has drums, its a DX, discs=EX. Hope this helps

as far as i know its true, i have never seen an ex with drum brakes, i have seen a 92-95(cant remember exact year) coupe, i think ex, with drum/disc brakes, it was like a disc brake set up that also had drum brake set up like on the inside, and it was factory set up

Sounds like a good deal. Maybe someone put a aftermarket sunroof in.. Looks like it needs to be repainted... Other then that not a bad deal..

that is not true. only ex with abs has the disc in the rear. non-abs has a drum. and i dont remember honda producing any drum in hat type rear brakes.
