Imput shaft bearing?
I have A00 tranny s20... so basicly its a dx/lx 92-95 tranny. I was told the tranny had 50k on it. after installing it, i take it out for a drive, and once it is in gear and i put the gas on to go faster i gear this fast loud clicking noice, kinda sounds like a vibration. Only happens once in gear and gaining speed.
Does not happen when the clutch is in. And i think i might here it a tad when downshifting as well. Is it my throwout bearing or my imput shaft? or something else? If its the imput shaft bearing, are they hard to replace?

What does it sound like when you are just parked and let out the clutch and push it in. Is it loud when you let off the clutch. That usualy is an input shaft bearing. Not too hard to fix, if you have mechanical ability. Just pay attention when taking it apart. Theres a couple of tricky parts. If you are only hearing this noise while driving, i'd say its more of half shaft problem.
Input shaft bearing or one of the other two mainshaft bearings. Have a ball tearing open your trans and replacing it. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=596873
