take boost better?..the hell do you mean? both engines take boost the same. You mean more psi's? B16's will probably take less psi's than the b18b before it will blow because of the higher compression. But the b16 will also make more power or the same power with lower psi's than the amount put into the B18b

to many factors to throw in .. but id like to say the b18 .. lots of ppl are biased.. dont wanna say anything else is better.. id honestly rather have the b18b in my car than the b16.. prolly will turn into a who likes what thread.. get your b18, add a vtec head, and then boost.. and let your car do the talking

At lower psi's???????

Comon guys, for the last time, it doesn't work that way, flow rates of the compressor combined with the exhaust housing and ability to flow X lbs per minute determing a lot more thant "psi's".

You can judge off of what wheel horse power an engine will fail at, not what "psi's" it will hold because 8 "psi's" on a T25 will not even approach 8 "psi's" on a T3/60-1.

All in all, it all depends on the tune at what horsepower level an engine will fail at. Just make sure you build the car right and do your research and you will have a good time with it.

Its not about PSI, its about how much air the turbo flows.

Why not at least ATTEMPT to do your own homework? I'm sure you can find plenty of information by using a little skill called "search" and another one called "reading".
