wow, cheap bastards couldn't use a honda ex. manifold gasket....
USDM - The CARB number is pretty easy to see in the picture. Since they aren't CARB approved, the JDM headers have no number. The badge on them only says "DC Sports".
Why don't you just measure the collector? If it is 2-1/2" OD and the spring bolt holes are spaced 4-3/4" apart it's a JDM. If it has a 2" OD collector and a spring bolt hole spacing of 3-5/8", it's the USDM. Period, no matter what tag is on what tube.
he just said it here

Remember folks... i am NOT the owner of this header... read my original post and click the link. The owner SWEARS its a DC JDM 4-1 header, but like you all have noticed... it does have a CARB #. I tried to tell him that he has a USDM one, but refuses to belive me and others of his post...
well, did it bolt up to your factory cat w/ no modifications? did u need the JDM header gasket? maybe some one slipped those instructions in and ripped u off...
sorry pal but the answer lies in the instructions, the header has a Carb exempt number on it. The instructions clearly state that the JDM header is not street legal.
