If I'm not mistaken I can make out "CA" stamped on the manifold. Looks like a USDM.

If im not mistaken the JDM header does not have the carb exempt numbers stamp on the header. BUt most likely look at the collector to be sure.

USDM - The CARB number is pretty easy to see in the picture. Since they aren't CARB approved, the JDM headers have no number. The badge on them only says "DC Sports".

Why don't you just measure the collector? If it is 2-1/2" OD and the spring bolt holes are spaced 4-3/4" apart it's a JDM. If it has a 2" OD collector and a spring bolt hole spacing of 3-5/8", it's the USDM. Period, no matter what tag is on what tube.

Simple enough, the JDM DC header has a 2.5 collector, If you didnt need a new cat and testpipe when you did the install then its USDM

Remember folks... i am NOT the owner of this header... read my original post and click the link. The owner SWEARS its a DC JDM 4-1 header, but like you all have noticed... it does have a CARB #. I tried to tell him that he has a USDM one, but refuses to belive me and others of his post...

sorry pal but the answer lies in the instructions, the header has a Carb exempt number on it. The instructions clearly state that the JDM header is not street legal.
