After you've checked ALL the fuses and are assured they're all good, I would offer the time honored "Crow Magnon Approach" to blower motor diagnosis. IE:

Turn on the ignition key, turn on the blower fan and:
Locate the blower motor up behind your glove box and give it a whack (Upside the head) with a metric hammer.

WTF, you ask?

You actually run into situations where things on Honda's don't break, but rather wear out over the course of the cars life.
Case in point; your blower motor. The brushes may have worn out.

Sometimes a whack will reestablish (momentarily) the brush connection, and the blower will start working again. If it responds, get a new blower motor. If it doesn't, suspect the switch
.

This just happened to my 94 Accord. I replaced the blower moter and all is good. If you moter is anything like mine, check a junk yard before going to an auto part store. The auto part store does not supply you with a plastic fan thingy. It is extremely hard to get your old one off the broken moter. I never got mine off. I finally gave up and just went to the junkyard. Like I said, this is on my 94, so i'm not sure how yours will differ. Like the other guy said. Kick it! and it should start working. Mine did when I kicked it. It will hold you over untill you get the time to replace the moter.

Josh:
It's actually a three brew job

You'll need:
A warm place to work
The appropriate hand tools
A couple of cans of "Liquid Fortitude"
The Patience of Jobe
and the inspirational G/F

and if you haven't picked up one yet, a shop/repair manual. It sounds like you're about to jump into the 'play with my own car' motor-head thing and the service manual should be your first stop
.

The service manuals might tell you to evacuate freon and remove the A/C evaporator; DON'T!! After the glove box is out of the way loosen up the evap case. Then peel back the carpet and remove the ECU.. that will give you enough room to drop out the blower motor and it's casing. Then you can unclip the case and remove a few screws to get into the case and R&R the blower motor itself.
Forgret the brews..Makers Mark Whiskey stops frustration feelings faster than Beer LOL
