Projector opinions
I have been searching around for a good pair of projector head lights to put on my 92 civic hatch.
Just curious to know what everyone thinks of these. Also, Is that a turn signal it comes with?

you wont see better...typically the light output is cut down with those lights...yes a correctly installed HID retrofit is an exception...I have had bad times with aftermarket lights like that...leaking...the chrome flaking off etc...beleive it or not the Honda Engineers kinda knew what they were doing...

I agree. The only projectors that have decent light output form what I've seen is TYC.
Aftermarket projectors just do not have the quality and standards of OEM projectors, and youre usually better off just keeping your stock housings or doing a retrofit.

you guys keep mentioning retrofitting? what the hell is that?
Is it like taking acura TSX lights and putting them in an EG?
Also, TYC is pretty good quality, right?

Yes that is exactly what it is. Retrofitting is when you take the xenon (HID) lights and projectors from a newer car like the TSX, s2000, audi or BMW and put them into a stock or aftermarket housing. By doing this you will be able to see better.

Yea, not the WHOLE headlight assembly, just the projector part (the little lens thing that looks like a telescope).
If you look at Viszual's link or the 'HID retrofit' thread, youll see how it looks.
