Default fuel pressure regulator

i got a weapon r fuel pressure regulator, tenabe hyper medalion cat-back, high flow cat, and aem cold air intake. this is on a b16a1. my pressure is only at 28 psi at idle and goes up to 38 psi when i give it gas. i try and adjust it but i cant get it to go avove 28 psi at idle. i am still running my stock fuel pump. could this be the problem? let me know what you think

Oh yeah, that presure is too low. I think factory is 36-38psi at idle, and it should jump to 40-42 when you give it gas. Or at least that is what I can recall. You might want to get a pump just in case.

Also change the filter, and check the vacume hose on the FPR.
