shaking wheels
I have a 96 accord and i have been have a problem with the front wheels feeling like they are shaking hard when i get to 45-50 mph but when i hit the brake or the gas it stop what is wrong and how do i fix it

Along with MooGoCow3's suggestion, i would also suggest having the tie rods checked (both inner and outer). If they are worn/loose they can amplify the out-of-balance condition suggested earlier.

If everything is perfect; wheel balance, alignment, tires and brakes - tie rods (by themselves) will not cause a vibration.
It's when something starts a vibration by itself, that the tie rods can contribute to either amplify the vibration or make it easier to cause a vibration. This is because the link between the steering rack and the wheels is now loose, rather than tight; in effect allowing the wheels to flop from side to side.
Causes for front end vibrations:
Tires
.. Out of Round (Broken Belt)
.. Out of balance
.. bead not properly seated
Rotors:
.. Excessive Lateral Run-out (Warped)
Rims:
.. Bent rim (steel type)
.. Damaged / pinched bead area (alloys)
I would put the car up in the air and spin the front wheels. The tread should run perfectly true with no lateral shift from side to side.
Have the tie rods inspected for wear (loose) and have the tires re-balanced.
