I'm going to be swaping an ls motor into my 92 vx this week, and i was wondering if the manifold will bolt up to the car/cat? I have done swaps on 4g's before where they dont match up, and i was wondering if i coudl encounter this problem on a 92+ The thing is i dont know if this motor is a 95 or 96+ , would that make a difference if it will bolt up to my stock 92 civic exhaust?

 

i had the same problem 96 civic ex didnt bolt up.i turned to cat 180 and it lines up perfect.try it it might work

Probably not with my luck, i'll find out friday

 

VX has the cat in the exhaust manifold. You'll need a DX/Si cat and exhaust as far as I know.
