i was driving my car yesterday when the engine suddenly stopped responding to the gas pedal, i would press it, it would make some sound, but not accelerate or respond at all, a few seconds later it shut off and I rolled to the side of the curb. Now it won't start at all it just makes the sound you hear when starting the engine. The belts on the right side of the engine do not turn, and the only sound is coming from the area where your engine type (H22A1) is written. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The area - where the h22a1 is written is very close to the starter- so that might be what the sound is...........

check your throttle cable.
