Default Precision GT4067R?

Are any of you using the Precision GT4067R on your street car? I have a fully built H22 and wondering whether the Precision GT4067R turbo is good for a street application. I'm looking for great power without sacrificing the enjoyment of driving on the street. Thanks.

Precision does offer a GT4067R now. It's a little more than the GT4088R. If you search Tony1 and Jeff Evans have tuned GT4067, non ball bearing, powered cars. Below is a video of a good friend's 4G64 with a Precision GT4067R. To show there is such a configuration to that "sponsor"

Is there a big difference in price between the GT4067 non ball bearing and the GT4067R ball bearing?

The 4088R only has a 63.5mm inducer, so the 4067R would support more horsepower.

If you're looking to spend $2K on a GT40 based turbo, I'd say talk to Full Race. Last I heard their GT40 based setup was doing over 800 WHP.

And for anyone that currently has a GT40R. Precision or a Precision distributor can have your current GT40R modified for a couple bucks.
