modify front bumper?
i bought a new front bumper and when i was trying to put it on i noticed it was hitting on the steel bumper that is bolted to the frame of the car. I have a couple options here: modify the bar, take it off, or modify the bumper. i dont really want to take it off because i am pretty sure it is a safety feature so the engine doesnt kill you in front end collision. i dont really want to cut the bumper because i think you will be able to notice where i cut. Anyone have any suggestions on what i should do...i will try to get some pics up asap. If you are gonna knock me for gettin a "rice" bumper dont even reply.

what bumper was it by the way. I have in the past just modified my stock bar but sometimes you have no choice but to take it off.

ive heard of some people cutting the bumper reinforcement around the grill/mouth area of the bumper..that way your bumper and reinforcement can both be used at the same time and at least still have some type of support in case of an accident..
after u said blitz no one said anything at all...
good stuff. but seriously, do u think thats worth the hassle? u really think it looks good on the car? its a lot less stress just keeping ur oem bumper. im gonna tell u from experience. i used to go that route a while back... its not fun, especially after u start hitting animals/curbs/debris.
