Default Guage Cluster question

OK, well I have a 94 Civic LX with this dash
.
My question is. If I go buy the guage cluster that is in MPH and has a tach where my fuel guage is, will it just be able to plug and play or am I gonna have to get different wiring harnesses? Mine is the civic from Japan not from Canada...Any info would be appreciated

Thanks all! I figured it would be plug and play but didn't want to go buy it and then not have it work...Oh, and yeah, it's KM/h not MPH thats why it goes to 220...Can't wait til I can stop converting KMs to MPHs!
