Wiper Linkage Removal?

Default Wiper Linkage Removal?

Can someone please tell me how to remove the entire front wiper linkage from my car with out damaging anything. I know there has to be and easy way, but there is a plastic air vent that seems to be in the way on the drivers side Please help

You remove the peice of plastic over the wiper area, and then there is a access hole has a panel glued in pot that out, and then they are like little balljoints on the end wedge a screwdriver in there and they pop right out.
