hello. i recently checked my timing because of bad idle. the timing was at 4 degrees on a d15b vtec. so i put the timing back up to 16. tried to adjust the idle but was not sucssesful. the idle will still jump up and down. the car runs bad at 16. ran way better at 4. WTF? the dizzy can only go so far to one side, and thats 4 degrees. my car is not putting anymore then 115hp. ive been told to check the iacv. and to look for vacume leaks. anyone know what else would make the timing so wierd? any pointers with timing? thanks in advance
