Default Car shakes at Idle (CB7)

ok my car is running fine, idles fine but this thing shakes like no other at idle. here is what ive done so far.

cleaned IACV (tested and it works properly)
re adjusted throttle cable because i had it too tight.
fixed FITV (skrewed in that little yellow disc, now it shuts off when fan kicks on)

after all that i figured that would help, it did a little but not to my liking. here are my thoughts/questions.

1. PCV (brand new autozone POS) this thing is very very noises, its constantly making a rattle noise. is that normal?

2. Exhaust leak. I can tell because my exhaust is pretty loud and sputters, could that cause the car to shake?

3. The motor mounts on the far left and far right shake, rear and front mounts dont, could that be the cause?

4. weird boiling type noise coming from where valvecover, timing belt, alternator area...wtf would that be?

TIA

sounds to me like a misfire in 1 or more of your cylinders... vibrating at 750... hmm... maybe a motor mount.

the boiling sounds... have you checked or replaced your coolant lately... could be air in your coolant system.

have you replaced your plugs lately? maybe incorrectly?

It's such a prevalent problem with 4cyl Honda's, I included it as a joke in my signature. But it's all true.

i have replaced the plugs, and did it correctly.

however the plugs that were in there before looked like they had the full 185k miles on them.

the rotor and cap are worn to ****.

my next thing is going to honda on my first day off to buy those parts, and another PCV valve cause this cheap advance one is constantly making a rattle sound

Well yesterday i replaced my spark plug wires, dizzy cap and rotor, this helped a little but the car still shakes.

i know P Adams, its in your sig, rear tranny mount.....

HOWEVER.

my idle NEVER flucuates, it sits on 750 rpms and stays there, even when thte car sputters it never changes

I was listening to my exhuast (which has a leak BTW) and everytime the car "shakes" my exhaust makes a sputter noise. I doubt an exhaust leak would cause the car to shake like that. but im running out of ideas.

cleaning the IACV and adjusting my throttle cable seemed to help the most tho.

what ive done so far.

new plugs, plug wires, dizzy cap, dizzy rotor
valve adjustment
seafoam
clean TB, IACV, adjust FITV (it was always open, now its not)
idled car with radiator cap off to clear coolant of air
adjusted throttle cable.
new PCV valve (but it makes a mad crazy cliking noise all the time, and i think it may be bad)
