Finally got some pics of my car up, it's a 1988 civic DX, sorry for the shitty quality though, but i guess that's what you get for $79.99. Anyways, theres not much done yet, I've had the car for about a month and a half. The tint and the hood are coming off, they came with the car. Also trying to get all Si panels in black for the car, it's a bitch to find them in good quality.

All I have right now is: Si cluster, Si doorpanels, CRX Dash, Championship white paint, no-name coilovers, vision "look" corners, JDM taillights and that's about it, although a LS is getting installed in about a month, along with some 99/00 Si/SiR rims, tint's coming off, and maybe gettin a CF hood. What do you guys think?

Yeah mang, get rid of the hood, and the tint so you can see, and you be rocking. Than the motor and some nice rims, than the rear disc swap... and it'll be kicking some major ***. Come down on the weekend of the 6th, we'll be going to the races in sparta, and andy's shop is only 10 minutes or so away from there!!! Bring your bro so we can go through the cornfield in his jeep...haha.

 

Yeah the tints and hood are definatly going, and I already got my swap lined up. Are the races April 6th? I'll be coming down for sure, not in my car though (blown head gasket ) Probably with my bro, and then I can pick up my interior accesories.

LOL, nope not gone yet, but I swear it's getting slower and slower every day . I'm gettin my swap done hopefully in a month though. How does $2200 sound for a 95 Teg engine, tranny, ecu, installed with urethane mounts, and everything else. Sounds pretty good to me

What's up with the CRX center console? Did someone do a dash swap? I didn't think any HBs had a dash and center console like that.

 

Yeah it's a CRX Dash. Sunroof is custom I guess.

 

was it very hard to get a CRX dash in there? how many mods did u have to do to get it in? or did it come like that? i kinda like it

I did the dah myself. The CRX dash swaps right in with no mods except that one of the bolts on the consle doen't line up, and you need to use the CRX mounting brackets for the gauge cluster. It's pretty easy to do. I recommend it.

did you make the vision style corners yourself? or did you pick them up somewhere? if you bought them could you tell me where. i'm really interested in picking some up.

 

is that like the audio/center console out of a crx too? if so, does that just bolt in aswell? thanx for all the help, im considering doing this if i learn how and know enough about it.
