Default Bolt Pattern Adapter

Is there an easy way to convert from 4x100 to say 4x114.5 with just a bolt on spacer or something easy like that? Are there spacers that convert your current bolt pattern to a different one? I searched and I only found a couple things and really need some help.

Here is the set of wheels I am picking up, Enkei Apche V's, I have allways wanted them and got a good deal on them. If I can't use them on my car then I am going to clean them up and sell them for a profit. So either way it's a win win situation... Here is a picture of one of them, selller says they are 4x114.5 and came off an rx-7...

Thank for the help in advance.

P.S. is 4x4.50 the same as 4.114.5 because I have no idea and I hate when they don't use metric measurments on this **** online.

If you were talkin 4x114.3, then you can pull your civic hubs out and put in some 4x114.3 hubs.

But...come on. Holy crap those rims are ugly, just stick with your stock wheel covers. If ya wanna sell em, no one is going to buy those rims, there like from the 80s and in very low demand except to some rogue enthusiast.

Redline96LX you are pretty ignorant, there is a large market for these wheels, also I enjoy working on projects like these, hence why I work on my car. Next time keep the stupid flame attempts to yourself...thanks.

Do you guys think that I will have enough room to redrill? Do you think it will crowd that center part that juts out where the center caps go? I don't want it to look like a hack job is all, I plan on filling in the old holes also if it is possible to redrill. Thanks for the help so far.
