Default crx hood question

i have a 91 crx si and im gonna be doin a gsr swap in it and i was wondering if the stock hood will fit or what carbon fiber hood will fit

Yeah, well with the stock hood you'll have to trim some of that webbing off..Or theres a number of aftermarket hoods that will work..I like the SIR style hoods personally,They have an indentation upwards instead of the downward indentation with the stock hood..And they look clean like stock..

What are you talking about.? I had a hatch with an lsvtec motor and hasport mounts and the hood hit the motor..I Had to cut the webbing..Unless the older hasport mounts are different?????

never had a probelm with mine bro...might have been "your" hood...Also I'm running a HCP third mount to prevent any engine movement when shifting...

a ZC hood would work on http://www.extremedemensions.com thats what im using for my h22 since the head would hit the hood but then its a fix . .

i have a b18b with hasport mounts stock hood 90 si no cutting but i have seen alot of people with the same setup having to cut the webbing but mine isnt

rubbing is very likely. you can pass w/ your hood as i have with mine, but looking for a zc or jdm style hood is a good idea. i'll be looking for one as soon as i referee my car. if your patient, finding one for a decent price is possible. also the zc oem metal or aftermarket should bolt-on without any other alterations. should be around 150 for oem metal hood. not bad.
