Default how low is just right?

I have tein ha on my car. i am going to raise it up a bit soon. what is a good height in peoples opinions? I have lost track of stock height along time ago..so if you go by amount of threads showing at the bottom of the coilover that would be helpful. it is a bitch to raise-lower due to New England road abuse, so I would like to get it right with out going back and forth too much. i am all the way down both front and rear right now. although it looks good, it is totly impractical, and choppy bouncy. Just want to find optimal performance over looks height. sorry for the essay.

i lowered mine 2 inches and I don't have to worry too much, I think it is just perfect. the only time I hit anything it is if I go too fast.

how much lower than stock would the HA be if they were all the way lowered? hard to tell what stock is/was after awhile.
