Default any experience w/ Duramix instead of welding for body work?

I dont know if i should post this here but since it's welding related, what the heck. I have a project coming up and was wondering has anyone ever use Duramix 4179 metal bonding adhesive instead of welding? for example, blocking off a sunroof with sheetmetal, or connecting 2 fenders? i been doing some research and saw that some bodyshop do use it to connected quarter panel, and ect.. it's "suppose" to be just as strong as welds in testes. do you use a couple of spot welds and fill in the rest with duramix, or do you use only duramix and no welds? ANYONE THAT HAS USE THIS PRODUCT BEFORE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INPUT.

I used duramix on my integra for rust repair instead of bondo (primarily). 4040 is good stuff. I know that most large repair shops are using duramix to glue roof's and quarters on now.

Just be careful that you let it fully cure before you take it out in the sun if you used it as body filler.
