I've been running a ls/vtec in my 92 gs-r for more than 8 months now with no problem...The only time that I know of oil leak is when they don't use teflon tape on the oil line or the head gasket doesn't seat right...That's just from my personal experience with my engine and my friend ls/vtec engine..We built a total of 20+ ls/vtec and only the first one ever leak because we didn't put the head gasket on right...

If its leaking oil then it wasnt done right. As long as the steel braid, fittings are all properly tightened they shouldnt leak at all.

We have done numerous LS/Vtecs and some B20/VTECs and they have all been good, no problems.

Main thing about VTEC conversions are that to upgrade the oil pump to a GSR unit.
