Thermal SS
I've had a couple & they have a good deep tone & fairly quiet in the lower rpm's.

Not too familiar with either of those. I think the Tanabe is one of the loudest catbacks out there but I don't know how their individual mufflers are.

es muffler is juss another name, but they make it look stock, it very helpful if ur area is full of cops and give u nice deep tone, hks or other juss brand name to me, never try them so cant really say much bout them

I did close to the same set-up as you but I used a magnaflow muffler. You can have it installed and use a resonator and it will give you a nice deep tone.

yeah i wondered what the magnaflow will sound like, do you know what it sounds like without a resonator?

Without the resonator it's loud. I don't have a resonator on and sometimes it just gets annoying listening to my exhaust and having to turn the radio up in order not to hear it. I have the race series on my car though so I don't know if the street series changes the sound much or not.

Oh yeah and you will probably have that gurggle noise after installing that header and exhaust just to let you know. Not a big deal just happens when slowing down sometimes.

I'd get a titanium muffler... they look sweet in my opinion, plus they are a tad bit lighter than steel ones.

haha im lost, im not sure what to do, i went to ARD a place by where i live and they said the tanabe hyper muffler is 200 and then to do the exhaust piping is 170 so im thinking i should just get a catback for like 500 or something like that.

When you look at different cat-back exhausts (Greddy, Apexi, Tanabe, etc etc), and they are the same diameter, what is the difference other than the muffler? Is it just the material of the piping?

not really any differences...unless your buying stainless or ti over mild steel
however, some are routed differently aka rsr exhausts

anyway if you want deep i like the thermal sound-my friend has one and ive always liked it

the only apexi muff for separate sale is the n1=muy raspy, but i also like it, its just LOUD

the magnaflow is poop it sounds like a bee buzzing very loudly and annoying...there was one on my car when i bought it...believe me it WAS the FIRST thing to go
